University Challenge!

 



  
As an Advertising and Business student it has been founded the ways how a business can be structured and how strategies can be taken in place to lift a successful business.  With running a company advertising is a key concept for enhancing consumer buying behaviours. With the modules that have been studied at Bucks New University it has given me a clearer vision how to market.
Here are some marketing definitions:

Advertising-: A form of communication intended to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to purchase or take some action upon products, ideals, or services

Brand-: There are many different definitions of a brand, the most effective description however, is that a brand is a name or symbol that is commonly known to identify a company or its products and separate them from the competition

Consumer Behaviour-: A study of when, why, how, and where people do or do not buy product.
Digital Marketing-:  The promoting of brands using all forms of digital advertising. This includes Television, Radio, Internet, mobile and any other form of digital media.

Market Communications-:  Targeted interaction with customers and partners using media tools, including direct mailings, print media, TV and radio advertising and the Internet. A marketing communications campaign can use a single media source

Public Relations-: Communication with various sectors of the public to influence their attitudes and opinions in the interest of promoting a person, product, or idea.

Sales Promotion-:  Activities, materials, and techniques used to supplement traditional advertising, includes trade advertising, and in-store media.

In the first year confidence was the key of learning. By doing Bucks Apprentice Challenge and being a manager for charity sales assignment it was founded confidence was a key for the second and third year. This lead to more pitches for agencies like MindShare, Arena and Initials gaining valid experience with also achieving an internship by having the motivation  to do my dissertation and to work for MindShare at the same time gave me pressure that founded I could handle. 
Throughout university the advertising world has changed this later to be conducted more in detail on a future blogs. 

A reflect on the role of advertising as a marketing communications will be my next blog enjoy!
